Shops send orders to approved dealers. Dealers say how much they can actually supply, bill just that, and keep the rest pending. Both sides read the same ledger, so the balance always agrees.
Partial supply
Ordered, supplied and billed quantities are kept apart. A shortfall stays visible with its reason, and can be supplied and billed later.
Packing and receipt
The dealer ticks off what goes in the parcel; the shop ticks off what arrived and can report a missing, short or damaged item.
One shared ledger
Bills and confirmed payments post to one append-only ledger read from both sides. Mistakes are reversed, never erased.
Approved members
Every shop and dealer is reviewed before trading. Payments reach the ledger only when the dealer confirms them.
